Great stay and value. Lovely staff and comfy room. Received upgrade at check-in. Jacuzzi tub was a wonderful treat.

The staff was very helpful especially when my Uber did not arrive to take me to the train station. They were able to order a taxi that arrived in minutes so I did not miss my train.
The breakfast buffet is very nice with a good selection of items for all tastes.

the room lacks basic amenity such as coffee, water, refrigerator, not even a drinking glass, which is unbelievable for a 4 star hotel.

This is a charming hotel with helpful staff. The area is walkable to very nice stores and there are good restaurants and bakeries nearby. We had a suite with a river view that was lovely.

The staff were over and beyond helpful. Breakfast was tasty and convenient. Our rooms were much larger than expected. Close to old town, restaurants and historical sites

This is a great historic hotel in the historic center of Lyon. It’s not fancy, but it’s eclectic and wonderful
