The rooms were spacious / quiet, great kitchen / utinsels for cooking, had fridge, four burner stove, micro wave, rooms were very clean. We had four people and the room fit everything easily. We travel a lot and this was definitely a nice stay!

Like many European hotels I’ve stayed at with similar price points, the conditions are not great. The bed was hard, quality of the building is mediocre, appliances work but are not in great shape. Breakfast was quite good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a relatively quiet area with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Gave us the top floor, climbing that spiral stairs was a work out! Besides that location was good, close to port, transportation and restaurant. Public parking expensive if you have car. I would stay here again, but only if I get a first floor room.

"Disappointing Stay Despite Helpful Staff"

Our experience at the hotel started off on the wrong foot. Arriving around 10 pm, we felt overwhelmed and uneasy due to a lack of information and inadequate lighting throughout the facility. It left us feeling a bit lost and insecure. Unfortunately, the challenges didn't end there. Our first assigned room had an unbearable odor and clearly had not been cleaned, forcing us to request a change. The second room was in better condition but still had issues, particularly with the bathroom as the water was clogged. Despite these setbacks, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating, doing their best to assist us through these difficult moments. While the hotel's service was commendable, the overall experience left much to be desired.
