Could have been so much better
This hotel should have been excellent but a lot of factors added together meant I had rather a miserable stay. I could hear a noise on and off all night every night, I think it was the elevator shaft but I'm not sure. It affected my sleep. One night the fire alarm went off at midnight for about 15 minutes. No staff were present guiding people out of the building or directing us or keeping us updated, we were out there alone as guests until someone shouted to us to come back inside as it was a false alarm. No explanation or apology the next morning or upon checkout. The room itself had no air conditioning - the thermostat didn't seem to work and it wasn't a comfortable temperature in my room sometimes. The extractor in the bathroom didn't seem to work either and it got very steamy and hot in the bathroom and loo area, and it took a long time for this to clear after a shower. I didn't want to open the door and make my room even hotter. The bed was super comfy and the room was very clean, as was the hotel, and breakfast was excellent. The team were helpful even if not very friendly or approachable. The tea/coffee/biscuits were good although a little more milk would have been appreciated. I'm sure other people may have a better time at the hotel than I did on this particular stay but the noise and issues in the room were enough to mean I wouldn't go back.

I constantly travel for my business and the biggest challenge in the old world (EU) is hotels. There are plenty of it, but most of them too old , outdated design and lack of parking. This hotel is very clean, minimalist and practical design, nice lobby, convenient transportation and parking which is hard to find in old french cities.

This hotel was surprisingly spacious and clean! The only thing is that it is not walkable to any major attractions, but Uber was very reliable. Great place to stay with nice staff if you don’t mind Uber!

We stayed in this hotel on the edge of Lyon as it was close to where our family live. It is a modern, clean, comfortable hotel which provided excellent service and also had a good quality restaurant. We had a room with a lovely view over the River Saone.

Very good business style hotel, extremely calm and relaxing on a weekend. Very comfortable bed, very clean room. Nice fitness room on top floor. Convenient bus stop just in front. Only negative detail was the absence of a mini fridge in the room.
