Although the hotel and it's location are strong points , it is the staff that are the real strength . welcoming ,friendly and happy to give a bit of local advise .

Great location, water filling station in hotel. Close to the train station via the metro

Dirty room. The AC did not work. Front desk basically said “ it is what it is” and never offered to move our room.

Friendly helpful staff, good location for sightseeing and quiet even though central. Small area to sit outside was nice

Centrally located for almost any local site as well as many dining options around the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and thoughtfully stocked. Staff was very nice.
