The Rooms were not clean and they never made the beds during my stay as well as the internet connection through out my stay did not work.

It smelled cigarette (very very badly) in our room, it did not look dirty but not clean either. Towels were torn appart. It took 20 minutes to get hot water from the tap. Wifi doesn’t work well and crahes all the time. The breakfasts however were worth it and the room was quiet.

Great welcome and super friendly staff!
Posted 18 Apr 2024 on HotelsI stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe.

Staff very helpful, room quite tatty needed updating, good communal area for eating
Well positioned close to Metro
Tap loose in Bathroom difficult to get shower to work
Carpets in rooms and public areas past their sell by date
Car parking but note height limit 1.75 metres
It served our purpose for our trip but I wouldn’t stay there again
In its favour was not expensive

A great place to stay for the rugby. Staff were warm & friendly.
