Not a hotel. More like a student dormitory. Door to bathroom wouldn’t close. Shower and toilet dirty. They only clean surfaces. If so basic, the price should reflect.

hotel that disappointed me a lot. They sent me the check in code message when I was already in the hotel not knowing that the reception is not always active. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a broken back. They deducted 1 euro from my card without giving me any explanations. There is no card to enter, but all codes.

Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas terrible pour le prix. Très peu de variété de nourriture et un seul type de pain. La chambre au dernier étage était très calme. Tout était propre. Parking payant et cher 12€/nuit

Arrivé compliqué, le code de réservation donné par mail ne fonctionne pas pour avoir la chambre. Plusieurs tentatives de joindre le service. 1er personne sympathique, 2ieme personne odieuse. Le responsable arrive , plus de 30 minutes pour obtenir la chambre à 23h30 après 4h de routes. Pas près de revenir dans cet établissement. Pas de parking

Hôtel confortable et propre.

Nous étions au 6eme étage avec une vue dégagée sur Lyon et ses environs. La chambre est de bonne taille avec une salle de bain où on ne se cogne pas partout 😊 et une douche bien conçue pour ne pas tout inonder! Convient parfaitement pour un long week-end et les petits-déjeuners sont en buffet et on y trouve de quoi se régaler. Seul bémol : dommage que les portes ne se ferment pas sans qu’on soit obligé de les tirer pour les verrouiller car cela réduirait le bruit du matin.

J'ai l'habitude de venir dans cet hôtel pour mon déplacement professionnel, car l'accueil et la propreté de chambre sont toujours agréables. Le quartier du Musée Lumière a une bonne ambiance avec ses bistrots, cafés et commerces.
