Great location, room excellent but slightly too hot for us. Bed very comfy, clean. Bathroom and shower excellent Spacious room. Breakfast was a bonus and perfect

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was close to restaurants and visitor attractions. It was also very clean and the breakfast was good.

I left the room the following morning after I arrived . I specifically left the sign , do not disturb . on the door . When I came back around 3.30 pm , the TV and air con were tunned off and my bag was opened . Nothing was missing , obviously they were looking for cash . I reported to the reception staff menber . I havent heard anything since.

We were unable to check in at check in time because they did not have our room ready for us. We had to wait half an hour, ended up getting into our room around 3 and were late for our evening activity. Other people behind us in line got rooms before we did. I would also like to add that we stopped by in the early morning to drop off our bags and were told that the room would be ready at 2. When we went to check out, no one was there. We waited a few minutes but still no one came.
