Almost everything was excellent. The only issues were the hair dryer was missing ( but management brought me one right away) and the spigot cover on my bathtub was loose. Otherwise, it was a perfect visit.

We could tell this property was showing it's age. We had stayed previously, several years prior, and didn't remember it being so. Room was acceptable but not remarkable. Crack in tub, Very small tv with a sometimes working remote, beds were supposed to be queens but were fulls. Nothing to make or break a stay, just not the best. Staff helped but not willingly. Seemed to be bothered by our asking.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The lobby and halls were clean and in good shape. Breakfast was average. Our room could have used a little more attention to detail. There was dog hair all over the sofa (we don’t own a dog) the bathroom sink was cracked, the bathroom floor needs a good scrubbing. The bed was clean and comfortable but the pillows were not the best. Internet was terrible. We couldn’t stream anything on our IPad. Walls are thin, we could hear talking and the tv from the room next door. Was average for the cost.

Staff was so nice. Check in was easy. Came in late late (1am) and the front door was locked. Had to buzz to get in (which I loved). Got in car, drove around to the side to park….came in the side door which was UNLOCKED. I didn’t like that. Defeats the purpose of a safe locked building.

The only grassy area for dogs is covered in dog poop. I tracked it into my hotel room & spread it everywhere before i realized it was all over my shoes. Someone needs to scoop that area badly. I probably ruined 1 of your bath towels cleaning my shoes, tub, bathroom floor & the desk in the room of the dog poop i accidentally tracked in.
