89 ascending stairs to this 4th floor hotel was the only downside of Hotel 10. Lviv is full of old buildings, some of which are partly restored. The entry and staircase are very old, but Hotel 10 on the 4th floor is new and a great hotel in the city's downtown. Our rooms were another ascending 24 steps, but we loved having a little kitchenette separate from our large bedroom. Each room had two combo air cons/heaters and separate heaters. The TV had access to streaming, such as Netflix with your account log in. The staff spoke English very well. Coffee and tea were available in the buffet area all the time. A very good small breakfast buffet was available from 8 to 10 each morning. We stayed 5 nights in May 2019.

Beautiful new place, like living in an apartment. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good. Only complaint is you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the front door and the skylight in the room can suck when the sun hits you in the face and wakes you up at 7am. Regardless world definitely stay again. Value for price is very good.

Posted 18 Aug 2019 on HotelsInacceptable. Accueil à la réception désastreux. On me demande de payer la chambre à l’arrivée alors qu’elle est déjà pré-payée sur le site. Je dois le prouver pendant 30 min. Le lendemain la réceptionniste exige que je signe des reçus de cartes bancaires qui ne sont pas les miennes. Je refuse et la réceptionniste me menace d’appeler la police et de me bloquer l’entrée de la chambre.
Le sol de la chambre est sale et il faut monter 4 étages sans ascenseur, ne pas avoir une grosse valise pour séjourner dans cet hôtel.
Salle de petit déjeuner trop petite. Il faut attendre debout pour qu’une des 4 tables se libère.
Ne pas y aller. Néanmoins l’hôtel est très bien située.

Eski bir binanın en üst katında (4.kat) girişi olan ve kendi içinde 3 kattan ibaret, ahşap kalın kolon ve kirişler ile tarihi boyutu pekiştirilmiş çok hoş bir otel. Oda buyuklugu gayet yeterli, banyosu duş perdeli, saç kurutma mak., mini bar, klima,Tv, eşya dolabı, ütü ve masası, dijital kasa mevcut. Odanin tavaninda penceresi var ve gökyüzü seyredilebiliyor . Banyodan arasira sanirim binanin eskiliğinden kaynaklı gider borusu kokusu gelebiliyor. 4 tane kahvaltı masası var. Kahvalti gayet yeterli ve çeşitli. Gün içinde her an kahve ve çay icebilme imkani var(ücretsiz). Otele çıkış merdivenler ile, yani asansör yok. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Tekrar gelsem yine kalırım bu otelde.
