The hotel was wonderful! The staff was even MORE fabulous! I was there on Oct 10 during the missile strikes. Beautiful old property, very tastefully and appropriately refurbished. The lobby and stairs are lovely. Room was small but nicely furnished. Great shower. Very quiet bathroom extraction fan. Interesting toilet with a selection of washes ! Staff were without exception friendly, helpful and polite. All requests were handled efficiently and with grace and good manners. Lviv is a beautiful , safe city and lovely even in November. We really enjoyed our stay.
