They offer a welcome drink/dessert and the front desk staff was very accommodating to my needs. Location was easy for walking to main attractions and close to tram stops for getting to the main train station. I didn’t have time to check out the gym or spa at the sister hotel but it was nice that they had that option! So reasonably priced for a such a luxurious stay. "
