We had booked a room with Nile view and ended up getting a room with a view of the kids pool. We arrived at 2pm, which is check-in time, Ibrahim at the reception lied to us and said that the room would be ready soon. After waiting for almost 3 hours we found out there was no room with a Nile view available. So instead of just telling us the truth they wasted our entire afternoon. We had already paid the room and Ibrahim was not able to give a refund for the downgrade of the room. Very disappointing!

I liked how beautiful and clean the property was but I did not like the way some of the staff treated us, including the restaurant staff and the front desk staff. The service was slow and it took us a long time to check into our hotel room and they wouldn’t let us see the room before paying.

We were trying to checking in while the front desk asked us to sit at The lobby, and they took care of a large tour group, and they took a long time to get us a room. They decided to help a larger group…horrible experience…we were Tired about. 3 hour flight delayed

Power and water outages multiple times a day, no electricity, no water, no AC! There was 110 degrees outside, no where to go on the island. No one apologized! Even no one call for greeting.I am so disappointed with this hotel!
