The room was remodeled and satisfactory. The bed was a little lumpy and the pillows were very hard. We did not sleep well a single night there. The carpeting on the stairwells and hallways were of wrinkled and of poor quality. Overall, however, the stay was ok for the price and location. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Hello Marjorie,Thank you for your feedback,I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't sleep so well here,If you had told us we would have move your room upstairs where you wouldn't have heard people walking on top of you,The carpet also is our top priority renovation for this year as it has been pretty worn out by time,We hope that your stay was still enjoyable despite those little hiccups,Best regards,Marianne

We arrived very late but an envelope with the key and all necessary info was waiting for us upon arrival. The place itself is basic and a little run down, but it was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good too.
We just spent the night but the little village looked lovely and we will return to try the thermal baths there.

Almos ok hotel in a fascinating ghost town
Posted 6 Aug 2017 on HotelsWe were on a roadtrip and wondered into this ghost town. The hotel is a bit worn out, the showerroom smelled terrible and there was no aircon. The breakfast is not worth the 9€. However the staff was friendly and the beds ok. The area is a bit fascinating, big beautiful buildings but most of them deserted, as well as most of the stores in the village. No entertainment or restaurants except for the hotel restaurant, which closes at 9pm, 1-2 bars and the casino. Would not return for the hotel, perhaps the area.

Good stopover
Posted 21 Oct 2012 on HotelsInteresting spa town with hotel opposite the central facilities which seem to be very popular. Studios more than a hotel with fitted kitchen. Remember extra charge if you use the kitchen. Couple of restaurants locally but only one open on a Sunday
