Not very central to the city. Staff was rude and dismissive of our concerns. Overpriced for how dated the rooms are.

Great hotel with lots of things to do within walking distance. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling with a small family.

Location of the property is great! Bus to the airport just around the corner, but that's the only positive. We found silverfish in our room, the TV didn't work but it's the weekend so we can't help you or do we care. There was zero customer service. Having a separate toilet is great but it's inconvenient and unhygienic to have to go to a different room to wash your hands. Paper cups in the room for hot drinks?! Why? What a waste. These cups aren't really reusable and get thrown away rather than washed. Overall for a well known branded hotel I was very disappointed and would think twice when booking Novotel again.
