The hotel is like is in the middle of a park.

Overall I would not recommend. The first room we were in the AC was broken but the staff led us to believe it was user error. So we unpacked everything (keep in mind we are also traveling with a baby so there is a lot of stuff) and went to dinner. Came back and the room was somehow hotter than before so we had to change rooms at 9pm, pack everything up and then unpack again. Baby didn’t get to sleep until close to 9:45pm that night. The beds are cheap and uncomfortable, the sheets felt cheap and scratchy. Only had instant coffee pouches (for a 4 star hotel I expect more). Aside from one woman at the front desk, the staff was not friendly and we did not feel welcome. Unfortunately they had no parking on site and so we had to use the garage which charges by the hour. On a positive note it was centrally located to the tram.

Enjoyed our two night break. Excellent service from all staff. Brilliant choices at breakfast. Would recommend.
