Shower not functioning properly.

Our shower flooded every single time we took a shower. The first time, it flooded our entire room. A staff member came and cleaned it up but blamed it on us and told us we used the shower wrong. Apparently you are only allowed to shower here by holding the wand in your hands. She then proceeded to tell us that it was a known issue and the entire building was designed incorrectly. We had to have extremely short showers for the rest of our stay and the bathroom flooded every time.

The room was clean but the pillows for the bed need to be upgraded.
They were very small and the foam had broken up.
The lights were very dim in the bedroom and bathroom and need to be upgraded to stronger.
The hot water didn't work the first day and was quite sporadic.

Convenient location for transport links. A large room. No parking on site but there is excellent free bus services to the multi-storey car park on the outskirts of town.
