"Superb service and a very clean and modern hotel near the station. They accommodated my need for a quiet room and went out of their way to ensure I was allocated a room in a quiet part of the hotel. I had a totally undisturbed sleep and couldn’t hear noise from outside or from people in the corridor or neighbouring rooms. Exceptional customer service. "

"Easy check in but you need to contact the owner in advance to get the code as it’s just a shared house. No toiletries ir soap etc, luckily I had hand sanitiser with me. Basic room but had everything we needed for a short stay before flying. Didn’t use the shower. Street parking so may take a while to find a space. Room was clean and comfortable. "

"It was nice. I liked everything. The listing mentioned breakfast was available, but on arrival I learned it was not - I'm told this will be corrected in the Hotels listing. There are plenty of places to eat around, and a good Full English breakfast place at the bottom end of the main High Town Road then turn 10 yards to the right, from 5am (very near the train station). Good beers in the Bricklayers Arms."

"This hotel was great for a short stay, we had a little balcony area and the breakfast was good for a quick bite. The price was very good and the staff were super friendly. I liked that the car park was secure and had a locked gate. "

"Unfortunately its an old hotel requiring refurbishment, rooms are dirty, mould on the windows, air con that you have no control over and bugs found in the bathroom. Wouldnt recommend a stay here"

"Fully satisfactory stay, the house is well kept, with good appliances and furniture. easy to find, parking only with residential permit, parkhouse nearby. Basic supplies in house, good beds, netflix. Rental procedure a little complicated for the digitally challenged... Local area is unspectacular, walking distance to downtown Luton. Cab from airport 30 £. "

"Good Budget hotel walking distance to the airport. Cleanliness was ok. Food in the onsite restaurant was adequate, but breakfast was poor, it took a long time for the buffet breakfast to be refilled and what was their not hot. I would stay again as proximity to the airport, but would forgo the breakfast"

"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "
