Overnight stay for Luton Airport, staff were nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Parking £15 for the night.

I found the room was reasonably priced but i think they are are picking on people from outside the area especially disabled people.
Disabled people from outside the area want a parking space near where they are staying so they have to select the hotel parking which cost more.
This means the reasonable room rate becomes a bit more expensive because they would not what problems might occur from the car parks nearby, especially this time of year.

Our parking charges are reasonable for a town centre, considering it is a gated car park with 24 hour monitored CCTV and hourly physical security check, as you will understand these come with a cost. We are also.limited in the spaces we have, which includes 2 disabled spaces, and we do not, contrary to your comments take advantage of disabled guests, all our parking is priced the same for any space.Kind regardsSadie Luton Team
