Room was dirty, there was a cracked window that would not shut so kept awake by noises (cars, people) passing by.

This property was booked at the very last minute and very late in the evening after being let down badly on a previous booking. They were very accommodating and the staff were very friendly. No complaints about the room or the hotel in general, and felt they rescued from a very difficult situation. Thank you!

Unfortunately the room i was given had not been cleaned, so necessitated a change of room at 11 pm. There was also an issue which delayed breakfast by aroud 45 mins. The room also allowed a lot of noise in from the road outside.
