No welcome, stains on carpets, bathroom step dangerous, bathroom floor slippery when wet. Situated in a poorly lit location.Dangerous crossing a very busy A road to reach hotel.

There is very little not to like .. this hotel has served my needs over many years and it is a well placed, well priced and lovely hotel. On this occasion I was only there for a very short time and, accept that it is ageing but there are some updates which it could benefit from … an overall good steam cleaning of the carpets would be a start. But all in all I would still give it a comfortable 9/10. The staff were very nice, respectful and helpful too.
