Great staff. Had a room with a window but found okd tissue on floor and the main light didnt switch off so had to take the key out of its holder and again to turn on if you want to go to the bathroom. Floor is so creaky it must be heard on the floor below and neighbours. Otherwise convenient location

I liked how easy it us to get to the hotel from the train station and convenient location for shopping or food. Also room was very clean.
I did not like that the room was very cold - colder than the corridor... to keep warm had to keep under the duvet.
Also did not like that I could hear through walls when someone spoke behind them. All day and night somebody was either talking or banging on the neighbouring doors.
And no toilet brush by the toilet, meant I couldnt keep it as clean as I would like it to be.
And no tea/coffee facility.
