Highlights: the shower is amazing, the bathroom looks newly renovated and they had an elevator. No real downside other than I thought the bed was too firm but that's personal preference."

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmässig ausgestattet und die kleine Küche würde sogar Selbstverpflegung ermöglichen. Das Bad ist modern. Bei schönem Wetter bietet das große Grundstück viele Möglichkeiten zum draussen Frühstücken, sonnen, grillen, Volleyball spielen, etc. Das angebotene Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, empfehlenswert und wird aufs Zimmer gebracht. "We had an amazing stay. The property was clean and the service and people were amazing. I would come back for another visit."

"We bought the location. But of course hoped for a nice hotel too. The pictures weren’t bad. In reality it’s dull, tight, incommodious, and we had a broken piece of furniture. Very clean though, with a nice coffee smell (but no way to have a coffee unless you go out or did not forget to fill in and submit a breakfast form last night, given that the nearest cafes are closed till noon). Next time in Oybin, we will choose a different place, sorry"

Welcomed by the owner, Torsten, who grew up here and whose family ran it before him. As a solo traveller, he went out of his way to make me welcome, even walking down into a local village with me for dinner one night. If you want German culture, landscape, food and hospitality, stay here."
