Fake advertisement. Property not as describe.
Posted 17 Feb 2019 on HotelsEnded up not staying at this hotel and has asked Hotel.com to return my deposit which I have yet to receive. The premises has no electricity when we arrive and the "room" we were finally offered was at the end of the property amongst some construction sites. Fearing for our security we decided to let the management know we are not staying.

Not ready for travelers. Overpriced. Very uncomfortable. Airport close by but you have to go back into Lusaka and then back to the airport on a separate road. Few positives. Random, sparse, uncomfortable furnishings. TV not working well. Dirty and run-down. I saw construction, so maybe the quality will improve. Staff was pleasant, but this place is not ready for prime-time/Expedia.

We thank you greatly for your reviews above. Our hotel offers airport transfers at a minimal fee on request less than 10km from Lusaka airport. We are putting up new furniture in all rooms for your extra comfort, our tv facilities are working very well. Construction and maintenance works in progress, beginning September the place will have excellent rooms with everything new as can be viewed from some of the apartments fully done and opened on photos. We are currently ready for our guests coming to Lusaka. We also have state of art swimming pool, executive Cocktail bar and a bigger lawn for your relaxation.
