"We had a wonderful stay. The reception staff who helped us were awesome, Lungowe and Clive were so cheerful and very helpful. Overall the staff were great only that the Chuma Restaurant didn’t pick up calls. Chuma Restaurant was hard to get through to, most of the time, I had to take walks every time we needed something from the Restaurant. My husband didn’t feel so well upon arrival so it was convenient for him to have room service the first 3 days of our stay. "
