Zambian experience
Posted 4 Jun 2019 on HotelsThe first disappointing thing is the owners very bad attitude, the price I booked online for the room was changed on my arrival. Because we had to be in the same area and place with my brother I was forced to take the room at their price.
In the morning we got a single egg, no butter, no Milk in the tea, some days no electricity and no hot water. However the staff were so amazing especially one young man Edward. He made our stay enjoyable. I hope one day he gets to own that place and turn it into the beautiful place it has potential to be.

Dear Guest,
You wanted upgraded self contained room at the cost of budget room, which was not possible, we think that irked you.
Kindly check you bookings, you opted without breakfast, still we gave small breakfast.
We also allowed to bring your food n beer and drink in Restaurant area's.
In Zambia there is Electricity cutting daily 4 hrs, in eve we put on Generators.
We tried to tried our best to make your stay more comfortable.
