"The service was exceptional. All staff members, without exception, were friendly and helpful, professional and courteous. My room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and bed linen was luxurious. This was the first hotel that I can remember staying in where the pillows were marked soft or firm. It was also a rare luxury to have a light duvet that matched exactly the weather. "

But yet, they started to serve it after 7:15 2 times during our 4 days stay. The reception said "the chef is late on his way". There was not even apologies.
