"The staff are wonderful. Very polite and always try to help. However hotel itself is not quite ready for overseas guests. Took long time to check in (I booked thru Expedia); in-room telephone is for inside hotel use only--couldn't even call within Luoyang; did not inform guests about a fire drill ..."
