Nice property for the price, very convenient to get to the various ancient sites of Luoyang. The room and facility itself was a bit outdated but otherwise very clean and has all the amenities you need at a hotel.

Good except bed was uncomfortable

Breakfast was good, front desk was really nice, bed was uncomfortable, cleaning staff forgot to put back bath soap and don’t give you enough toilet paper. Not much food in immediate area, have to walk a long block to get to restaurants but subway is steps away

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly. Everyone did an amazing job. Many foreigners here, not just english speakers. The staff assisted all, the language ability was awesome. The housekeepers on floor 16 were wonderful, high regards to them. One person that I want to recognize is Mr. Andy Cheng, he assisted us several times and was the epitome of a great employee. Great customer service to all!

the property is well situated right next to 2nd line Metro station, this station easy transfer to #1 line. The metro line #2 where the hotel stop Citizen Home to balitang to catch #81 bus directly reach Longmen grotto, also some Luoyang old historical site with just a big block.

L'hotel non è super moderno ma le stanze sono spaziose, pulitissime ed accoglienti. Lo staff parla poco inglese ma si sforzano per aiutarti in ogni situazione. L'hotel è sopra alla fermata della metro di Citizen home, comodissima per muoversi ma fuori dal delirio del centro storico. A pochi passi a piedi c'è il "lights lake" che ha un'atmosfera di assoluta pace ed un centro commerciale con negozi e ristoranti a due passi. Dovessi tornare a Luoyang sceglierei certamente questa struttura. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Unica nota negativa la colazione un po' troppo asiatica e poco europea ma ci sta, anche perché avendo il bollitore in camera basta andare al 7/11 per farsi un ottimo the e biscotti!
