We had a fabulous view of the plaza below and stunning surroundings. The breakfast was fresh, healthy and delicious. The staff helped us many times as these were our first days ever in Italy. "Parking was tough but property is not far up a side street connected to the port main road, so we could park at the aquarium public parking and it was very short walk. Very glad we stayed at this hotel vs others in Genoa downtown once we had walked the city some. This property is in one of the better / cleaner / safer feeling zones. The police station is literally next door so you get to see them pass by on patrol regularly. The pizza place directly across the street had excellent pizza as well."

"The rooms were wonderful. The staff was quite nice and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself felt safe. It was a bit tricky to drive to get in, as we passed it and that leads into the airport. A nice man helped us back up the one way to be in front of the hotel. There is a gate you need to take a ticket from to park in front of the lobby to do your check in, which was rather odd to us. It has nice underground parking. After that, all went well. "
