I had 3 rooms booked. I was called at 8pm to ask if I was going to arrive for check in because it was late and it was a busy weekend and they wanted to know if they can rebook our rooms. In addition, I had reserved an accessibility room due to having an elderly individual in a wheelchair and upon arrival to check-in I was advised by the front desk staff that the room was in a second floor because they didnt know what an accessibility room was even though it was promoted that way. Furthermore, the rooms were very dirty. The bathtub and sink had hard stains on them for poor upkeep.

Hi Miriam, you book 3 rooms but your card is invalid and we have busy day so we have to confirm the room so I just called to you and take another new card number. We have accessible room but not for wheelchair if we have we just clarify wheelchair accessible room and you not inform that only when you check in that time, you just complain, you have disabled person with you and you want the ground floor room so I have very busy day and we don’t have extra room so I don’t have room, you have to inform before checking so we can something arrangement and we can give you ground floor room and we have clean room. You Want just only refund back so that’s why you just put the wrong comment room is dirty. The room is nice and clean.

Hotel room was great!! No complaints. The only issue I had was the check in process was extremely slow.

I liked that the room was very clean, in perfect shape. I didn't like the way the charges were presented during on line resrevation, very confusing, referring for instance to additional $200 deposit charges that luckily me, never happened.
