"I have booked bed& breakfast on expedia web. Paid money for it to find out is no brekfast that evening,only because needed to call maintenence guy....as tv broken down. Got an email few days pripor my arrival that bar/ pub is close from monday to Thursday from day i am coming and i need to use codes ..."

Parking charges!!

"Hotel was great, helpful friendly staff. I just objected to getting a £5 per night charge for parking my car in the car park. The hotel is quite remote so no other way of getting there. At least be up front and tell people about the charge before they book the room!"
