Seems the best place in Lumbini but it wasn't a good arrival. Guy on reception was miserable. Rest of staff seemed OK but a bit disinterested.

The place is clean and well maintained but the housekeeping staffs. Great location and walking didtant to birth place of Buddha.

Hotel reception did not have Orbitz reservation info so check-in was long wait. Fortunately I had print so after long wait they checked us in. Hotel room was terrible, toilet leaking and did not fix it. We left one day before scheduled out. It was terrible experience.

Perfect location right beside Buddha’s birthplace.
The restaurant and staff were a highlight, the lodgings lovely and the surroundings delightful.
Highly recommended!

Comfortable overnight stay
Posted 13 Nov 2018 on HotelsOverall this was a good hotel to stay in. The room and bed were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Tea and coffeee making facilities in room were very welcome. A bonus was having an evening swim in the pool.
The restaurant was quite noisy with a number of tour parties. We had an early start in the morning and we’re given packed breakfasts.
As independent travellers it would be great if the hotel had a few bikes for hire. Overall this was a welcome and relaxing stay

Terrible terrible hotel.... unclean bathroom
Posted 9 Jul 2018Extremely bad hotel... the reception staff and restaurant staff was courteous but the property is kept so poorly .... there is no housekeeping ... bathrooms are super dirty and no intent to do it

Nice facility close to archeological sites
