We went for the Eras Tour in New Orleans. The front desk staff were super nice, but unfortunately the facilities were pretty unkept. The bathrooms seemed unfinished with the tub peeling on the base, and the toilet barely flushed. We found a toenail in our room. No elevator. Just pretty run down.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The main issue was the lack of cleanliness. The room had an awful smell, the sheets had other people's hairs on them, the shower curtain was moldy, and the floors were damp. My standards aren’t very high for hotels in general, but the smell was insane. Karen up front was wonderful, though!

The building smelled of mold,the carpet floors were wet & stained. Tvdudnt work. We stayed a couple of hrs and checked out the next day

This hotel is old and RUN down. The rooms do not look very clean, it was so terrible that I left to stay at another hotel located in Kenner. This place needs an entire renovation.

First time this happpen tv didnt work changed room shower either the water was very hot or very cold no in between carpet could of been clean ..breakfast was very good staff was very good and helpful the room could use upgrade but it is what it is my stay was ok

Very disappointed. Expected more from Ramada. Lobby looks nice. Not very nice reception from staff when checking in. Rest of the facility is pretty nasty to put it mildly. Carpets throughout are disgusting. Room is in need of a major overhaul. Bathroom is falling apart, paint peeling and shower rod falling off the wall. Can't keep water in the shower. Bed was comfortable and AC works well. Just a really run down facility. I work stay here again.
