They were very nice at check in. I had to stay in the city to see my Dr early the next morning. The hotel is no-nonsense. Nothing special but they are nice. The rooms are clean and newly refurbished. The views from the terrace are lovely. Dining options and shopping are moments away. If I needed to stay in Lugo again I would consider this hotel. I slept very well.

Some are very basic and minimal while some are very good with balconies etc. Luck of the draw as price does not appear to be a factor. On this visit we had one of the more basic rooms with a view of a wall whilst our friends had a lovely room with a balcony

Overlooking a dirty stairwell/under the dining room. Couldn’t open the window or curtains. Lots of hot water and friendly /helpful staff
