I arrived to the hotel and received a warm welcome from the front desk which set the tone for a comfortable stay. My room was available although it was well before check-in time, awesome!! I was impressed by the nice accommodations especially the nice-sized bathroom. I asked for a tea kettle which was hand-delivered within minutes. The hotel is steps from the Karlsplatz S-bahn stop on the S8 making it super convenient to get there from the airport and a short walk to shopping, restaurants and Marienplatz. I will definitely stay here in the future!!

Nice specious room. Friendly stuff. Good placd to stay if you want to be close to the city center

Average hotel, No house phone, no microwave or tea/coffee maker, no refrigerator or safe. Lacked amenities.
Reception staff were very helpful.

Nice hotel located in convenient location with train right outside hotel and many restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Service was great too.
