It was an average stay at the pier house, room wise, the location was absolutely amazing right by the beach but the only down fall was the cleanliness was not good especially in the bathrooms.

The property was really close to the beach. Had issues with the room. The situation was handled poorly. Had to go to another property to speak to a manager. It was resolved after 3 room changes, but much time lost due to this. The pool and hot tub is amazing.

I do apologize about this. We strive to make the best stay for each one of our guest and for that I am sorry. We will be updating all the rooms next spring. So hopefully no one will have an issue with their room.

Good location by the water. We were given a restaurant coupon for a breakfast at House of Flavors. Easy walk to downtown.
