Home from Home!
We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Lucknow.
The staff were super friendly and made our trip memorable.
The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly.
The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. So far our best stay in India.

Stay next door at the Taj.
Posted 20 Dec 2023 on HotelsDecent hotel, nothing more, for the price. It is not really a 5 star hotel, but good at 4 stars. Not sure who gives the awards stars. Heat did not work in the room (air con did, but it was cold), the mini-refrigerator did not work. The same day laundry was ready at the end of the next day, so glad we didn't have to check out that day. A lot of the food was too salty, not as bad as India overall, but not 5 star quality at all.
