I arrived as a large group and found not ready to receive us despite knowing of our program well in advance. Room was without face towel, hand towel and Kleenex. Only one bath towel. Personal safe inside the room is not bolted. Somebody could theoretically walk out with the entire box. Carpet in hallways in bad shape.

The staff is very decent & courteous, special thanks to Ms.Jasmine who on 1-communication understood the need of the guest by organizing our dinner though we arrived @ midnight. The food was remarkable. Full marks to the entire management for making our stay a memorable. Would love to come back.

Really Ramada !!

Don't let the lovely exterior and public areas fool you, Extremely poor upkeep in the rooms and personal spaces. Poor service in the F&B areas, coffee shop , staff busy talking to each other and trainees more helpful than uniformed staff . never again.

Short sweet with some great food

It was a short trip and we had a good time and after Covid 19 wasn’t expecting to be much. Pleasantly surprised to find the property in fairly good shape. Food was very good at the restaurant and the girl Kajal took great care at the table

Everything was pretty nice accept their behavior towards Videography when I was not focusing on any person but just the facilities. I didn't understand why shooting video was prohibited inside the hotel. They stopped me to take video for their photo gallery, understood but I didn't understand why not the rest of the common areas. I was just using my small GoPro to put it on YouTube as I'm a travel vlogger. I mostly promote 5 Star Hotels, Airlines and their Business/First Class Lounges but looks like they didn't give me the opportunity to do that. Though I gave them a 5 star ratings but when I paid for something, that's my right to do unless they have it mentioned on every wall, "No Photo/Video is allowed." Breakfast was not satisfactory. They had Indian food like Dosa and all. Found sausage only from the continental but No Cheese, No Olives, No Grapes, No Dry Fruits and moreover they didn't greet when entering the restaurant for the buffet. There was no proper table service other than I asked them for something. They didn't ask for coffee or tea either on the table. It's understood from their employees faces that they are not satisfied with their job for whatever reason. Nobody smiles when ask them something. A good training is needed. That is not how a 5 Star property should look like. The property has big chilled air conditioned rooms and other amenities but I found people don't have simple etiquette. No greetings when checking-in or see you in the future when checking out.
