"Our stay was great! We arrived much later than expected (midnight instead of 6pm) and the hotel owner was kind and understanding. The next morning he gave us many tips for our trip in Montenegro over a cup of coffee. The property was clean and affordable and perfect for two friends. The bathroom was clean and efficient. Lage ist etwas am Berg, war für uns persönlich störend, weil immer alles zu Fuss erledigt werden muss. Aber mit Taxi (nur Hallo Taxi benutzen, die anderen sind zu teuer) war gut. "Great apartment! I stayed only one night since I wanted to hike in Lovcen NP the next day but wish I stayed longer. It was a nice size apartment fully equipped with a kitchen and living room area with a separate bedroom. Srdjan greeted me on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a great pizza place just up the street for dinner. The location is also good - on a quiet street with a grocery store nearby. Close walking distance to the center of Kotor as well."

"Great position, especially with a balcony sea view. Room was clean and everything was working fine. Close to a few good restaurants and only a few steps to the gorgeous sea. Downside, there was a mild cigarette smoke smell throughout the lobby and often in my room (I am a little sensitive to it though). Thank you for a nice stay. "

"Friendly Manager. But the rest of the staff were not service minded. Cleaning was just vacum cleaning and made up the beds every 3rd day. It took took long time to wait for breakfast. Many complaints from staff that the children should not play in the pool 😡 Very good aircondition 😊 In general a nice place - wich can improve the cleaning and more friendly staff."

"I found the receptionist Suzana to be very professional abd helpful. I liked the modernised old world European charm at an affordable price. The room was spacious with little professional touches such as a sophisticated coffee machine. The shower was excellent . The balconies were spacious , but did overlook each other. "The property was ideally situated in the heart of the Old Town. The staff on arrival and throughtout were great and very accommodating. Breakfast was consistently very good/excellent! The rooms were spacious, warm, cosy, clean and were cleaned daily! I would definately revisit and recommend. "

"Location is perfect, it's few steps away from the beach and also the entrance to the old town. Cafe right next to beach has a lounge deck area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from walking around the old town and a short walk to the marina which also has many restaurants. I had upgraded to the executive suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony sea view. The room is very spacious with modern bathroom facilities. The breakfast at the hotel has plenty of choices and good selection of options. The hotel facilities are excellent. Gym is a good size with plenty of equipment. The spa has steam and sauna rooms, indoor and outdoor pools which I used everyday and really enjoyed. The sauna could do with access to water. Other areas have very nice features. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful, check in was quick. I would stay here again if visiting Budva. "

"The property is located in the middle of the old town. It was amazing to see how the old town changed from a busy touristy place to a calm and serene at night. The staff at the hotel were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again if we go to Kotor again."

Amazing stay

"This is a new hotel about 10 minutes drive from kotor bay. The hotel is exavtly as the pics. Warm recrption,friendly and helpful. Very close to Tiv airport and booking comes with free airport transfers to TIV. I had the penthouse and it was really nice with the Jacuzzi. Breaskfast was 5/10. Can be better but service was really good. Please change the coffee too bitter. I will definitely stay here again. "
