My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot.

Nice Property

Overall, a good place to stay. For the price, I expected a little more in terms of elegance and luxury, but I can't think of a single complaint. The front desk and all hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was extremely convenient with the train station just being less than a 5 minute walk away.

Decor and furniture in less than typical price range of this room, but the room was clean. Heater did not work and needed portable heater. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent as well as proximity to the train station

We really liked the staff at this hotel especially Lena, who helped us get a birthday cake together for our son with his name on it and then delivered to a restaurant that was within walking distance of the hotel. They were all just so knowledgeable and friendly and we really enjoyed every interaction with them. They made our stay wonderful.
