Next to Luzern train station, there is a short-cut if you walk to the end of platform 15, there is an elevator connected to an overhead bridge linked to the hotel.
Nice Thai restaurant just around the corner.
Clean room and friendly staff.

Got upgraded to premium room upon signing up as member on the spot. Spacious room, all necessary amenities available, and comfortable. Quite a bit of walk from Luzern station though.
