Staff was helpful. Valet parking was relatively simple. Rooms were spacious. Any issues were dealt with swiftly.

This hotel is wonderfully charming and well appointed. We loved the view from our 5th floor balcony!!! Highly recommend this hotel and restaurant!

Beautiful - right on the river. Easy to walk to shops and dining and staff was exceptionally friendly. Beds comfortable and rooms small but well appointed (as is typical for European hotel rooms). 10 out of 10 experience.

Excellent property and location. All of the staff at front desk, valet and bar were extremely nice and helpful. Our favorite hotel during our vacation!

Convenient. The staff were congenial. Coop city store was close by making it convenient to buy whatever you need.

It’s a beautiful building right on the water. Back of the hotel faces a cobblestone square which leads to old town. So convenient to everything. Staff at front desk could not have been more helpful with a walking map and booking ticket for a boat tour.

Incredible hotel with great location in Lucerne. 8 min easy walk from Train station. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Rooms are SO big and we booked a superior on the river. Best hotel room we have had in our two week trip in Italy and Switzerland
