Re: Itinerary # 72135055869698
I reserved a villa and paid Expedia $89.42. The hotel refused to give us a villa because they said Expedia contract is expired and not sure if they will get paid. They gave me a single room instead costing $57. Please refund me the difference $32.42.

Not as advertised. The room was dirty. The refrigerator is about 2.5 feet from your head and makes a terrible sound. The shower was dirty.Towels as thin as paper.Extremely run down inside and out.The restaurant was ok ,clean, and the young man serving in the morning, was very nice.Dont waste your money.

This is not the type of resort one thinks of. Yes they have a nice pool but their accomodatiions are terrible. I found lots of ants, a spider and a cockroach. Linens were dirty and disgusting. The room was musty and just very old smelling. The toilet area was very small. They didn’t even have soaps and other toiletries. Just a horrible stay. Couldn’t go to sleep. Couldn’t wait to get out. After I complained about the rooms I was moved to a “villa” but it’s the same room all over again, just bigger. I was willing to pay extra to be moved to a cleaner room but since the new room had the same problems, the resort should not have charged me extra. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only stay if you want insects crawling on you while you sleep.

Over-all, it was a good resort with trees all around. The pools looked great. However, the family room was cramped and did not look like the one pictured in their website. Also the towels are tiny and is not absorbent, they can't dry you off. Hindi sya cotton at hindi nakakatuyo. Yun lang nman. So bring your own towels, you probably should anyway.

Quaint local hotel
Posted 28 Aug 2017Problem checking in and out staff could not locate our pre-paid booking. Finally resolved when they found the expedia booking in their spam file after we had been told they were full? On check out because they did not print off the email we had to prove that we had pre-paid!!!
Not good and very frustrating.
Room picture did not match the room given?
Small room but clean with good amenities, coffee, cable tv etc. Coffee shop excellent food good. Great pool, but lots of day visitors not resident. Quiet and a little over priced for the Philippines, dogs cats and a cockerel all wandering free. Would have liked an apology for the check in check out debacle but none forthcoming.
