"Re: Itinerary # 72135055869698 I reserved a villa and paid Expedia $89.42. The hotel refused to give us a villa because they said Expedia contract is expired and not sure if they will get paid. They gave me a single room instead costing $57. Please refund me the difference $32.42."

"This was a convenient spot for going around Lucena. The Pacific Mall is only a 6-minute walk away. There is a night market just outside the hotel, so that does add some noise and traffic (but great food options). The breakfast is a mix of plated main entrees and buffet sides."
