We were there for my step daughter wedding and is our first time in all inclusive and was my last time must of the people in our got sick with a stomach bug or something like that. The place is nice the customer service was really nice but the food not the best is a buffet style and some people were scraping the to get some of the food from the trays were they have the food and was nobody to get more so I was really disappointed. Also the fruits like watermelon honeydew were completely dry and if anybody wants to stay at the palladium don’t waste your money go somewhere else.

Everyone were amazing . Big shout out to junior the bartender at the pool , Theron , Richard & Kerry Ann, they made my trip amazing felt like family ..

Served raw food staff was rude alcohol water down not a good experience

Limited food choices, limited entertainment, poor transport from room to main building
