Your opinion us our guest is more than welcome, we would like just to clarify that we tried our best to satisfy your needs, even after that you canceled your first not refundable reservation for a classic room, when you arrived at our hotel we mad at your service our Junior Suite with a supplement and not with a new full price.Reviews help our service to become better and better each day, understanding your motivation and valid reasons will for sure be more helpful.Kind regards

The service was very good, the location of the hotel excellent and the room was nice and clean, very good that there was also air-conditioning. Unfortunately the voices from other rooms came very loud as somebody was moving furniture in the middle of the night above my room. Also voices from next room come very clear. But I understand that the building is old so not much you can probably do.
