The front desk receptionists Flora and especially Laura who went far and beyond to help us to have our stay memorable!

Breakfast was an issue because bus tourist ate everything in site and nothing was left. Tub was difficult for shower but room and bed were fine

The reception wanted to keep our passports overnight, I said no and she copied them and gave them to me. The wifi didn't work in the room. She said that since I was on vacation it was of little importance. The coffee maker at breakfast didn't work so we went to the bar for coffee. She said the bar coffee was better so I should be silent.

Lovely staff and great pool.
Posted 4 Aug 2018We sadly only stayed 1 night here as we were on route to Umbria. Such friendly staff and a great pool for the boys! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Despite being on the periphery of Lucca it was perfect for a quick breather. The staff made the hotel even better as they were really friendly and welcoming. There is a good, well priced restaurant attached to the hotel where we are well and without spending vast sums. Well worth a visit!
