The rooms are not very soundproofed so you will other guests. Very hospitable staff and speak good English. Breakfast was good.

One of the Best hotels in Lucca!
Posted 21 Mar 2024 on HotelsThe Hotel Diana, is a clean, no thrills but lovely hotel. The staff are so accommodating and helpful! I often stay here as it's right next to the Duomo San Martino and so close to everything. the rooms are quite quirky with various colours which adds to the experience.

Central with comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts and hard working staff. The steps were hard for me but that goes with the quaint old city

This is a very nice property in an excellent location, close to the train station.
Our room was a 2 room suite which also had a twin hide-a-bed hassett.
The €10 breakfast was a bargain.
I have certainly stayed in my fair share of hotels, this is a first class hotel.

I only spent one night but the Hotel Diana was so convenient to everything in Lucca. Train station, walking trail, restaurants and sights.Very clean and all the staff were so helpful!!
