"I enjoyed my time here. The owner an his family were very nice. An friendly to us but to ge honest. This was more of a camp ground then a resort. It had lots of flaws. Food was extremely over priced. The bathrooms were very gross. Self flush toilets gross tolit water on thr floor. No toliet paper or bidet to rince or wash with. I used my hand at one point. "My girlfriend and I stayed three nights at Almost Heaven. Every aspect of our stay was amazing, from the food served at our kubo or at one of the nearby gazebos. We loved swimming in the brand-new infinity pool and kayaking on the lake. When I proposed to my girlfriend, the staff took photos of the event. We truly loved every moment of our stay, and hope to return in the future."
