"The property itself is reasonable. But reception dealing with poblems were terrible! The spa photos are great. But reality different. I had to leave spa after 20 minutes of entering and stop the massage ( not professional masseur), cold spa, dirty jacuzi, you had to look for lights in spa, waiting for the masuer and the towels to arrive! "Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It was very clean and generally well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. However, there was an issue with the water pressure and temperature around 8am one morning. I don’t know whether the system was overwhelmed by everyone showering at a similar time of the morning or if it was an isolated issue with the room. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and great value for money as most things in Ukraine seem to be!"

"Positive: the guy at the restaurant kindly called me a taxi, room was quite large, grocery store nearby Negative: I was charged almost 2x more than the app said I would be charged in local taxes, no explanation was given in English, Russian or Ukrainian... room had a heater/air conditioner but no remote was provided so I could not use it, one of the blinds was missing from the windows and had no curtains so the light from outside would come in the room when you try to sleep... housekeeper...

"The hotel is a well thought out millennial place with a pool table, vibrant colors, and great shared spaces. The only details I did not like so much is that rooms were a bit small and there were no closets, or space to place luggage. Also, the curtains were a bit small so it was not as comfortable to sleep on the long summer days because sunlight would wake you up at 6am. The service desk was really friendly and willing to help when needed, so this is definitely a plus. I will be staying here...
